Refund Policy

At Veelion, we are committed to delivering high-quality localization and translation services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how to request one.
1. Before Work Begins
If you cancel an order before any work has started, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
2. After Work Has Begun
Once work has started, refunds are calculated based on the portion of the project that has not yet been completed:
- Less than 25% completed: up to 75% refund of the project total
- 25%โ50% completed: up to 50% refund of the project total
- More than 50% completed: no refund, but completed portions of the work will be delivered to you
3. After Delivery
We do not generally offer refunds for completed and delivered work. However, if you believe there is a genuine quality issue (such as factual mistranslations, omissions, or significant errors), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the work and, where appropriate:
- Correct the errors at no additional cost, or
- Issue a partial or full refund at our discretion based on the severity of the issue
Subjective preferences (e.g., stylistic choices, alternative word choices that are not incorrect) are not grounds for a refund but can be addressed through revisions.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The client provided inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous source materials
- The client requested changes outside the originally agreed scope after delivery
- The client failed to respond to clarification requests, causing project issues
- The request is made more than 7 days after delivery
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email office@veelion.comย with:
- Your order or invoice number
- The date of the order
- A clear description of the reason for your request
- Any supporting evidence (for quality issues)
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Once processed on our end, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Fawry’s responsibility is limited to payment collection. For any related issue, please contact us directly.
